1. Prep - trim, buff and clean your nails
2. Apply - select your size match, press onto nails, concentrating pressure at the edges
3. Cure - trim the excess, treat nails under UV light for 60 seconds and file to perfection
4. Remove - gently peel up the edge and apply cuticle oil

Important: Avoid exposing gel nail strips to sunlight or extreme temperatures, as this can cause them to cure prematurely. Store any unused strips in the black foil packaging they arrive in, at a room temperature environment.
